Designed by and exclusive to Total Hardware, the hinge delivers a streamlined, high-performance solution combining fast installation, precise adjustment and long-term reliability for modern door systems.

The Apex Ellipse Door Hinge features a slim, discreet, non-handed design, making it suitable for a wide range of applications while simplifying stockholding and installation. Its profile-specific construction removes the need for packers, enabling a faster, more efficient fabrication process.
Full 3D adjustment allows precise on-site alignment, with ±5mm vertical, ±4mm horizontal and ±1mm compression adjustment ensuring an accurate and secure fit and is supported in the field with an installer adjustment video. The hinge fixes directly into reinforcement on both sash and frame, delivering enhanced strength and long-term stability.
Patented retrofit sash pins further increase stability and security as an option, while the hinge’s efficient design enables installation in under 60 seconds, supporting improved productivity.
Manufactured to meet the demands of modern door systems, the hinge has been tested to BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 5 for corrosion resistance and is PAS 24 and Secured by Design accredited. It is available in 16 colour options from stock, ensuring seamless integration across a wide range of door styles and finishes.
